Join us for a comprehensive two-day childbirth education class designed specifically for expectant Black parents. Led by Erika Davis, an experienced doula and childbirth educator, this class provides essential knowledge and practical tools to help you approach labor, birth, and postpartum with confidence and clarity.

Over the course of two days, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the stages of labor, what to expect during childbirth, and various pain management techniques, including both comfort measures and medical options. The class will also cover strategies for self-advocacy in medical settings, postpartum recovery, and newborn care, ensuring that participants feel informed and prepared for every stage of the journey.
